Ideal Protein is a medically developed ketogenic weight loss and weight management protocol. Achieve Your Weight Loss Goals

The four phases of the Ideal Protein Protocol are designed to help you set, achieve and maintain your weight loss goals:

Phase One
  • 3 Ideal Protein foods per day
  • Dinner: 8oz of whole protein
  • 4 cups of select vegetables
  • Unlimited raw vegetables and lettuce
Phase Two

To be followed for 14 days

  • 2 Ideal Protein foods per day
  • Lunch: 8oz of whole protein
  • Dinner: 8oz of whole protein
  • 4 cups of select vegetables
  • Unlimited raw vegetables and lettuce
Phase Three: Pre-stabilization

To be followed for 14 days

  • 1 Ideal Protein food per day
  • Breakfast: 8oz of whole protein
  • Lunch: 8oz of whole protein

Phase Four: Maintenance

Phase 4 is our structured approach to stabilization and maintance, also called “Lifestyle Living.” It is a 12-month stabilization period, with ongoing support to help your maintain your weight loss success.

Your personal weigh-in with your coach will ensure you receive support, guidance and education about your program, while measuring and celebrating your accomplishments!

How does Ideal Protein work?

Ideal Protein brings our reloationship with food back to healthy fundamentals.

The body has three sources of energy from which it draws to meet its metabloic needs:

  1. Carbohydrates
  2. Protein
  3. Fat

Sequentially, the body will first draw on its carbohydrate reserve before turning to protein and fat.

During the weight loss phases of the Protocol, we limit your carbohydrate intake to encourage the body to burn fat.

By eating protein-rich foods, the Protocol helps to support muscle mass and teaches you how to develop smarter eating habits and lifestyle choices, to help maintain your weight after weight loss is achieved.

The ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol is not a high-protein diet. It simply offers a variety of good, quality, protein-based foods that are easily assimilated.
